Gently remove the patch from its backing and place it on a clean, hair-free area of your skin. To ensure effective absorption, avoid applying lotions or creams to the application area. For optimal results, wear the patch for approximately 8 hours and replace it with a new one. For maximum effect, wear every day.

Using oil for enhanced removal: Apply oil to the area before removal to deactivate the adhesive for smoother removal.
